I called Click Computers today because a Windows update seemed to mess up my computer, multiple programs were not loading or responding. They were amazing. I chatted with the expert and he provided a few options of things I could try before we got into the time consuming stuff that would require additional help. His suggestions were spot on and resolved the problem right away. If I need additional help in the future, I will definitely call Click Computers again. Their pricing is also very reasonable.

I had to get a new computer due to my very old one giving out on me. I had not backed up this on to an external hard drive and also had a ton of emails I really wanted to get to if possible. I was sure this was not going to be able to be done. Mike was able to copy all of my stuff from the hard drive and get my email to work and bring over all my emails. It took some doing but he was genius. He was very good at explaining everything to me as he went along. He also gave me some very good tips and advice for the new computer. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend if you have any computers problems you give this company a call.

We have used Click Computers for several years now and we have bought a lap top and 2 different desk top computers from them in that time. They have gone the 2nd and 3rd mile with service - which is the main reason we've stayed with them, although I think their computers are reasonably priced also. Click's owner has spent extra hours trying to solve any computer problems, set up all our programs when we've purchased new computers, and not charged us for all the extra time over the 2 hour maximum charge. He has been prompt to respond to any needs, has worked weekends even though we haven't requested that, and just gone above and beyond what we could ever reasonably expect. He gets us the best prices on soft ware possible, is knowledgeable and shares tips, etc to help us utilize our computer for our needs.

Rarely do you see a business with all 5 star reviews.I'm an A+ certified tech of over 20 years and had to swallow my pride and call the man. No shame in this. He spent over 26 minutes on the phone with me, troubleshooting, and convincing me that I got this. That I don't need his services. Who does that?I have an older custom-built machine with water-cooling. I've spent days trying to figure out the issue. Eventually it became unusable. He gave me my options from start to finish, sent me Amazon links for parts, and asked to keep him updated on the results as he was honestly curious about it all.If you have computer problems, this is the company to call.
